BARTON LODGE REVIEW

There are so many good things to say about Barton lodge. The premises are immaculatly clean, gardens are beautiful and the setting is perfect with sea views over to the IOW. Staff are kind and attentive and very welcoming to visitors. Everyone from managers, carers, cleaners, kitchen staff are really friendly. Residents are listened to and everything possible is done to ensure that their wishes are met. You feel that nothing is too much trouble. I'm so glad that we found this place for my mother, she's very happy there.

Excellent quality of care. The staff are so attentive, patient and kind to the residents and guests of the residents. A great deal of attention (super staff to resident ratio) was paid to the residents and they appeared happy and were completing activities happily. The home was immaculately clean, warm and inviting. The activity rota was very impressive. I was very pleased to see my aunt so well cared for. Thank you

My father has been living here for a year. The staff are very kind and caring. The home is clean and well maintained. The garden is beautiful and the home has a lovely sea view When the family visit we are always made to feel very welcome by the staff. There is a large range of activities and entertainment available to encourage the residents to keep involved.

I have only the highest praise for the team at Barton Lodge. They are exceptionally caring of their patients and Residents. The activities put on are varied to take into account the differing needs of the residents.

Wonderful care offered by a dedicated team. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum has been there now for 15months with dementia and all the staff try their hardest especially with all the extra work they have had to do coping with the pandemic. Lovely setting and the food offered is excellent.

We have visited on numerous occasions and have enjoyed our visits. The staff and management always make time to chat with us. Always made to feel welcome and nothing to much trouble.
