Woodley Grange win #KeepingResidentsActive competition!

We would like to congratulate Erica and Amy from Woodley Grange’s activities team who helped the home win the December #KeepingResidentsActive competition by Person Centred Software – the digital care management system.

The campaign by Person Centred Software was set up to showcase all the wonderful activities that carers and activities coordinators do with residents and to share their amazing activities on social media using the hashtag #KeepingResidentsActive. Our team are delighted to receive a £50 Hobbycraft e-Voucher from Person Centred Software to help create even more engaging activities for residents.
